本隐私政策适用于由 DAYAN 提供的 Alcohol Meter Android 应用（以下简称“本应用”）。本应用用于通过蓝牙连接兼容的酒精检测设备、显示检测结果，并由用户选择是否在本机保存检测记录和照片。

本应用不要求注册账户，不包含广告，也不提供开发者运营的云同步服务。

This Privacy Policy applies to the Alcohol Meter Android application provided by DAYAN (the “App”). The App connects to compatible breath alcohol testing devices through Bluetooth, displays test results, and lets the user choose whether to keep test records and photos on the device.

The App does not require an account, does not contain advertising, and does not provide developer-operated cloud synchronization.

为了提供核心功能，本应用可能在你的设备上处理以下信息：

• 检测设备信息：蓝牙设备名称、蓝牙地址或 MAC 地址、设备型号、序列号、软件版本及设备设置。
• 检测记录：检测时间、酒精测量值、显示单位、记录序号和记录来源。
• 用户填写的信息：可选的姓名或标识、车牌号码。
• 可选照片：开启自动拍照后，在检测过程中拍摄并符合本地人脸完整性检查的照片。
• 应用设置：语言、相机开关、最近连接状态和与设备相关的本地设置。

上述信息由应用从你、你的 Android 设备或已连接的检测设备取得。应用本身不包含网络权限，因此不会直接把这些信息上传到 DAYAN 运营的服务器。

To provide its core functions, the App may handle the following information on your device:

• Testing-device information: Bluetooth device name, Bluetooth address or MAC address, model, serial number, software version, and device settings.
• Test records: test time, alcohol measurement, display unit, record sequence number, and record source.
• Information entered by the user: an optional person name or identifier and vehicle plate number.
• Optional photos: photos taken during a test when automatic capture is enabled and the image passes the App's local face-completeness check.
• App settings: language, camera preference, recent connection state, and local device-related settings.

This information comes from you, your Android device, or the connected testing device. The App itself does not declare network permission and therefore does not directly upload this information to a server operated by DAYAN.

人脸检测仅用于判断画面中是否存在完整人脸，以决定是否保存照片；它不用于识别个人身份，不创建人脸模板。

Face detection is used only to determine whether a complete face is present before saving a photo. It is not used to identify a person and does not create a face template.

检测记录保存在应用的本地数据库中，照片保存在应用的内部文件目录中。用户主动导出照片时，照片会被复制到 Android 系统相册。信息通常会保留到你在应用中删除对应记录、清除应用数据或卸载应用为止。

你可以在历史记录和名单管理功能中删除记录、姓名、车牌和照片。删除操作完成后，应用中的对应本地内容不可恢复。

根据你的 Android 系统设置，Android 的系统备份或设备迁移功能可能处理部分应用数据。此类服务由设备或平台提供商控制，而不是由 DAYAN 运营。

Test records are stored in the App's local database, and photos are stored in the App's internal files directory. When you deliberately export a photo, a copy is placed in the Android system photo library. Information is generally retained until you delete the relevant record in the App, clear the App's data, or uninstall the App.

You can delete records, names, plate numbers, and photos through the history and person-management features. Once deletion is completed, the corresponding local content cannot be recovered through the App.

Depending on your Android settings, Android system backup or device-transfer services may process some App data. Those services are controlled by your device or platform provider, not by DAYAN.

DAYAN 不出售、出租或向广告商共享本应用中的个人信息、检测记录或照片。本应用没有集成广告、用户分析或崩溃上报服务。

本应用使用 Android 系统组件、AndroidX、Room、CameraX 和 Google ML Kit 人脸检测库提供本地功能。当前版本没有网络权限，ML Kit 人脸检测在设备本地完成。你主动使用 Android 的导出、分享、备份或设备迁移功能时，数据可能由你选择的系统应用或服务处理，其做法受相应提供商的隐私政策约束。

DAYAN does not sell, rent, or share personal information, test records, or photos from the App with advertisers. The App does not integrate advertising, user analytics, or crash-reporting services.

The App uses Android platform components, AndroidX, Room, CameraX, and the Google ML Kit face-detection library to provide local functionality. The current version has no network permission, and ML Kit face detection is performed on the device. If you deliberately use Android export, sharing, backup, or device-transfer features, data may be handled by the system app or service you select and is then subject to that provider's privacy practices.

本应用通过 Android 应用沙箱保存内部数据，并尽量减少权限和网络暴露。但任何设备存储方式都无法保证绝对安全。请保护设备锁屏凭据，并谨慎导出包含人员姓名、车牌或照片的记录。

你可以拒绝相机权限或关闭自动拍照；核心蓝牙检测仍可在不拍照的情况下使用。拒绝蓝牙相关权限会使设备发现和连接功能无法工作。

The App stores internal data within the Android app sandbox and minimizes permissions and network exposure. No form of device storage can be guaranteed to be absolutely secure. Protect your device lock credentials and use care when exporting records that contain a person's name, vehicle plate, or photo.

You may deny camera permission or turn off automatic photo capture; the core Bluetooth testing flow can still be used without taking photos. Denying Bluetooth-related permissions prevents device discovery and connection.

本应用面向需要使用兼容酒精检测设备的成年人和专业用户，不以儿童为目标用户。请勿使用本应用故意收集儿童的姓名、照片或其他个人信息。

The App is intended for adults and professional users who need to operate compatible breath alcohol testing devices. It is not directed to children. Do not use the App to intentionally collect a child's name, photo, or other personal information.

当应用功能、数据处理方式或适用要求发生变化时，我们可能更新本政策。更新后的版本会发布在本页面，并在页面顶部注明新的生效日期。

We may update this policy when the App's features, data practices, or applicable requirements change. The revised version will be posted on this page with a new effective date shown at the top.
